Dear Home Care Network Patients,

We at Home Care Network are deeply concerned about the care and well-being of patients. We have complied information for you regarding several programs that have become available during the COVID-19 pandemic that may be of help to you.

The information consists of Meals-on-Wheels, Food banks, IRS information on COVID-19 stimulus checks, and a list of grocery stores in your area that may provide drive thru or delivery services.
