Under the supervision of the Director of Professional Services, and in accordance with agency policy provides advisory service to other professional workers who share responsibility for patient care. Gives medically prescribed occupational therapy to patients in their place of residence.
II. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING GUIDELINES
Bachelor of Science degree and graduation of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy required.
Minimum two years experience in home health field.
